Weather warning - Heavy Rain / Storms

A Weather warning for Heavy Rain / Storms has been issued with immediate effect.  Localised flooding, Heavy rain and occasional lightning/thunder are possible as the storms are embedded within the cells producing heavy/thundery rain.  

The heaviest of the rain appears to be moving West to East through Kent with the main activity affecting North Kent although rain and embedded storms can affect the entire Kent region for the next hour
