Turning drier

It should remain dry for the rest of the day besides the damp after last night's rain and is looking to remain dry through the forecast period.

But for the rest of today, Satellite suggests the cloud cover is clearing from the north west so a chance of some evening sunshine.

High's today in the high teens at best with wind speeds aveaging 10mph

Tonight the skies would have continued to clear so a cool night - 10°C low's

Saturday as previously mentioned is looking dry, still breezy though but should get quite a decent day with some good spells of sunshine.
Temperatures again up into the high teens.

With the wind coming from the north west through-out thin cloud for Saturday night into Sunday morning. which should hold the temperatures a degree or two up on the previous night. So low's of 12°C

Breezy. Some sunshine

Was not too bad last night was it? And today is looking better still. High's of 20-21°C and partly cloudy but still remaining pretty breezy. So a fresher day in respect.

An outside chance of a rogue light shower/light rain looking at the radar as there's a cell moving NE through Hampshire which could dampen things. Otherwise, cloud continuing to fade away as the afternoon and evening progresses so we should be seeing a clear night and breeze easing off slightly.
A Much cooler night following on. 10-11°C

A sunny start to Tuesday, no real change in wind speeds - same as Monday, around 10mph. Some cloud may bubble up briefly for the afternoon but remaining dry I suspect. Temperatures around 19°C given the breeze.

High based cloud filtering it's way in overnight and for Wednesday morning, low's of 11°C and yes! Even the breeze has died down overnight so a very settled Wednesday is on the cards it looks like.

Dry today. Storms (tornado watch?) Sunday?

Quite a lot of low level cloud keeping things overcast but does look to remain dry for this afternoon and evening. Still breezy though but feeling warm with the humid airmass sitting over Kent.  21-23°C high's for today.
Looking also at Capel-le-ferne - any spots of rain and drizzle isn't heavy enough to continue it's push across the county so still expecting a dry afternoon and evening as mentioned previously on Twitter.

Overnight things will remain cloudy as a cold front approaches from the north west. Until it passes through the warm air will continue to stay with us so another warm night, 17°C.

This same cold front has triggered tornado watches across all of the United Kingdom over the past 36-48 hours as it's made it's progress south east. So overnight and into tomorrow, I've been suspecting Kent to be under a tornado watch but that is TORRO's call ultimately.

For Sunday itself though a cloudy and wet day with the possibility of some thunderstorms breaking out across Kent come the early part of the afternoon. High's of 20°C

Any remaining showers and thunderstorms should clear away by evening to leave a brief dry period but focus then turns to Monday morning where we can expect to see some heavy rain moving in from the south west. We should escape the worst of it but positioning is not fully certain.
