Risk of showers/rain

Things are turning more cloudy after this morning's sunshine with an approaching front moving in from the west.

This front looks to bring some rain but with dew points expected to be into the mid teens, the odd heavier or even thundery spell might crop up as we head into this afternoon and early evening in particular.

Temperature's for today are expected to be averaging 23°C with quite a warm night to come 15-16°C under an overcast night sky and any remaining rain towards southern most parts of Kent clearing away by morning.

Wednesday is a day of similar expectations with a small risk of drizzle or light showers late afternoon after a drier start. Temperatures around 22°C

Overcast but mostly dry

Some brightness around but overall it's a cloudy day where temperatures should reach 23-24°C in very light winds from the North West.

Remaining cloudy through the night which will hold the temperatures up to around 16°C so a mild night to come and the risk of some light showers by early Monday morning.

Any showers that do arrive would have left the Kent coastline by midday Monday to leave some breaks in the cloud so sunny spells are likely!  22°C in almost no wind should feel very pleasant, if not warm particularly in any of the sunnier spells.

Another overcast Monday night to come but a touch more cooler, 13°C
